Frequently Asked Questions

Registrations open in early January and continue until the end of May 2023. Teams are usually selected by early February and to get the best value for your season, we recommend registering early so players have a chance of being placed into a team. 

All registrations are completed via the Play Football online registration portal, which you can find here. Further details regarding registration are available on our registration page.

Age groups begin from Under 5’s and up, going all the way to All Age/Premier league. 

Players will play in the age group they turn that calendar year. If a child turns 6 during 1st January to 31st December, they will play for the Under 6’s team. 

Robins FC is a registered organisation with Service NSW and the Actives Kids Rebate Scheme. This allows for you to apply for an Active Kids Voucher Code.

You will need your code before you register via the Play Football website. 
To apply and use the code – 
1. Go to the NSW Government Active Kids website.
2. Complete the online form and receive your 16-digit voucher code.
3. Enter the code into the payment section when registering via the Play Football website.

Yes! Insurance is cover under FNSW. If a claim needs to be made during the season, please email [email protected] to proceed further.

Our home games are all played at Robins home grounds – Ash Rd. 
Away games will be played at opposing grounds. A list of these can be found on our “Field Information” page.

Training is scheduled during weekday evenings at Ash Rd Sporting Complex and will be determined by the Coach and parents of the team.
Some teams are expected to train 2 nights per week. 

Liverpool City Council can deem a ground unfit for play and close the grounds, which the club must adhere to. 
Individual clubs may also determine that the field is unusable.
